How to Create/Update Welcome Email

This article explains how to configure the email template to be used for New Accounts.

Step-by-step guide

   1. You will need a Transaction Email to do this tutorial.

   2. Navigate to Stores > Settings > Configuration.

   3. Open the Customers tab and choose the Customer Configuration.

   4. Open the New Account Options tab.

   5. Select a created template from the drop down for Default Welcome Email and Welcome Email
