Orders

This sync task sends orders from Magento to Counterpoint. It's useful to have this on a frequent setting, such as every 10 minutes.

Customers not in Counterpoint are created as needed using information from Magento.

Activity

This task updates orders that are released, shipped, or canceled in Counterpoint, and syncs those to Magento. 

The store website can send invoice and/or shipping emails when the order is released. This can be set in the Magento admin panel at System > Config > Sales > Sales Emails under "Invoice" and "Shipment".

It's useful to have this on a frequent setting, such as every 10 minutes.
