CP-Commerce is a hosted integration platform that allows businesses to link their brick and mortar ERP system to an online ecommerce website.
Currently the integration supports NCR Counterpoint 8.4.6+ as the brick and mortar ERP system and Magento 2.3+ as the online ecommerce website. We also have integrations to an online delivery tracking platform called Track-Pod.
Our integration engine consists of many "syncs" for things like Items, Inventory, Customers, Orders, Order Activity, Gift Cards, Loyalty / Rewards Programs, etc.
The integration keeps track of things that have changed in the source platform and then runs the sync automatically on a scheduled basis to keep the target platform up to date with the latest changes. It's also possible to run syncs on-demand if necessary.
