Event Tickets: How to Filter Reports by Event Item Number in Counterpoint

This article will guide you through filtering reports by event item number in Counterpoint.

  1. Go to Point of Sale > Reports > History.

  2. Click Ticket History.

  3. In the Ticket History menu, navigate to the Ticket History Line tab at the top.

  4. Right click the blank area and click Customize:

  5. Next to Item Number, click Between and then select Contains:

  6. Right click the blank area again and press Simplify:

  7. Enter in the item number for the event next to Item Number contains and press Preview.
